Landlord EICR in Ashford Kent carried out today. We found that the electrics require remedial works to bring it up to standards, particularly for a let property. The fuse-board will require replacement to include RCD protection, the bonding to the water and gas upgrading also hardwired, interlinked fire alarms installed.
